By creating an account or using the SeasonHunter platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Gandalf Project Srls, registered in Italy ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gandalf Project Srls.

SeasonHunter is a data analytics platform that allows users to screen stocks and financial instruments for historical seasonal patterns, inspect trade statistics, and analyse recurring calendar-based price behaviour. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Important: SeasonHunter does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other type of regulated financial service. All content, data, screener results, and analytics on the platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Past seasonal patterns are not a guarantee of future results. You should always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision. Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of principal.
Gandalf Project Srls is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner in any jurisdiction. Use of the Service does not create a financial advisory relationship between you and Gandalf Project Srls.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
SeasonHunter offers a free account and paid subscription plans. The free account provides access to the screener with a limited number of results and does not require a credit card or payment of any kind. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to the following:
All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Where a free trial is offered, it provides access to selected features for the stated trial period. At the end of the trial, access reverts to the free tier unless you upgrade to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period").
However, by completing your subscription and starting to use SeasonHunter, you expressly request that the service begins immediately. You acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has commenced, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations.
This waiver applies only where the service has actually been accessed. If you have not accessed the service after subscribing, you may contact us at support.seasonhunter@gandalfproject.com within 14 days to request a full refund.
As a general rule, all subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started and the service has been accessed. This is because our service consists of digital content and analytical data that is made available immediately upon subscription.
Exceptions where we will issue a refund:
To request a refund, contact us at support.seasonhunter@gandalfproject.com within 14 days of the charge, providing your account email and the reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
You may request the permanent deletion of your account at any time by sending an email to support.seasonhunter@gandalfproject.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address.
Upon receiving your request we will:

All content, design, code, data, algorithms, and branding on the SeasonHunter platform are the intellectual property of [YOUR COMPANY NAME] or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Historical data is provided without guarantee of accuracy or completeness.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, [YOUR COMPANY NAME] and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or trading losses — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
By you: you may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your account settings or by contacting us at support.seasonhunter@gandalfproject.com.
By us: we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gandalf Project Srls with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
